All accepted and registered full and short, papers that are presented at TALE 2019 will be published in the conference proceedings (USB with ISBN) and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Content loaded into Xplore is made available by IEEE to its abstracting and indexing partners, including Elsevier (Scopus, Ei Compendex), Clarivate Analytics (CPCI—part of Web of Science) and others, for potential inclusion in their respective databases.
In addition, the TALE 2019 Organising Committee has negotiated with a number of prominent journals to expand the opportunities potentially available to authors. As a result, authors of selected papers in the Academic Stream will be invited to submit revised and expanded versions of their papers for possible publication in special issues of journals, which may include those listed below.
The list below are still in progress to add more journals.
This process will be conducted externally to the TALE conference organization.
Education and Information Technologies (EAIT) is the official journal of the IFIP Technical Committee on Education. It covers the complex relationships between information and communication technologies and education. The journal provides perspectives at all levels, from the micro of specific applications or instances of use in classrooms to macro concerns of national policies and major projects; from classes of 5-year-olds to adults in tertiary institutions; from teachers and administrators, to researchers and designers; from institutions to open, distance and lifelong learning. This breadth of coverage allows EAIT to examine fundamental issues at all levels, discuss specific instances and cases, draw inference and probe theory. This journal is embedded in the research and practice of professionals.
